I've already done a review for A Pack for Winter by Eliana Lee, the second book in the Cozyverse series shared by Emilia Emerson and Eliana Lee. Much of what I said about A Pack for Winter remains true for the other Cozyverse books, so I'm not going to bother doing a full review for these books. However, each of these books centers on a scent match corresponding to the season. I read these because I couldn't think of any spring scents other than strawberries and worms after the first big rainfall and I was dying to know what scents they came up with. A Pack for Autumn by Emilia Emerson centers around Olive, a woman who has moved to Starlight Grove to become their lighthouse keeper after losing her parents. 2.5 stars out of 5. Spice level 2. Pairs well with a homemade pumpkin spice latte.
Olive - pumpkin spice scent
Lars - a contractor and big brother to one of Olive's new friend, forest campfire scent
Finn - architect who works with pack brothers Lars and Easton to restore buildings while dealing with the death of his grandparents, maple scent
Easton - woodworker and all around goofball who has abandonment issues, hazelnut scent
A Pack for Winter by Eliana Lee focuses on Ivy, an elementary school teacher and workaholic. In my opinion, the best book out of the four at 3 stars and the spiciest at level 4.
Ivy - gingerbread cookie scent
Rome - the new tatted music teacher at Ivy's school, mulled wine scent
James - the veterinarian already in a pack with Rome, hot cocoa scent
Logan - the shy electrician who grew up in Starlight Grove, pine tree scent
A Pack for Spring by Emilia Emerson revolves around Lucy, who has opened up a tailoring business in Starlight Grove but who really wants to make custom couture dresses. 2.75 stars out of 5, spice level also a 2.75. Pairs well with Swedish princess cake.
Lucy - strawberry floral scent
Leo - new florist who opens up a shop next door to Lucy, cardamom scent
King - who is only in town to close a deal but hates running the company he inherited from his parents, orange blossom scent
Wilder - firefighter chief who secludes himself to protect the people around him, smoky pine scent
A Pack for Summer by Eliana Lee tells the story of Summer, who is an independent woman focused on getting her new bakery off the ground. 3 stars out of 5. Spice level 3.25. Pairs well with pandan cake.
Summer - mango and passion fruit scent
Lucien - an over-worked business executive, citrus and basil scent
Mercer - who just opened a French patisserie next door to Summer's shop, salt and lime scent (they never say he smells like a margarita, but it sounds like he smells like a margarita)
Jae - Summer's childhood crush who made it big in the music scene, saltwater scent
