Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. honey

  •  1 tbsp. dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

  • 1 large garlic clove, minced

  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar

  • 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, mix together honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic with a whisk. Add the oil and whisk well, make sure to combine. 

  2. Continue whisking until dressing is fully emulsified and combined. 

  3. Store in the refrigerator in a jar with a lid. Shake well before using.
