Ingredients
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, mix together honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic with a whisk. Add the oil and whisk well, make sure to combine.
Continue whisking until dressing is fully emulsified and combined.
Store in the refrigerator in a jar with a lid. Shake well before using.
