Ingredients
1 tbsp. espresso
1-3 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk
Directions
Make about 6 oz. of espresso with your espresso maker. This will be enough espresso for 1 large cafe con leche, or two smaller cups.
While the espresso is brewing, divide the sugar into the number of cups you'll be using.
Warm the milk for about 90 seconds in the microwave. When that is done, froth the milk until it has doubled in size.
Pour the brewed expresso over the sugar and allow it to sit for a few minutes for the sugar to dissolve. Stir and top with the milk foam.
