measuring spoon
medium bowl

Ingredients
4 large eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8 thick slices of bread
syrup and powdered sugar (optional)
Directions
Heat a skillet over medium heat or preheat griddle to 350°F.
Mix flour and eggs together, combine well.
Add all other ingredients except bread to the mixture and mix well.
Dip bread slices into batter, making sure they are well covered on both sides, and place on griddle or skillet.
Cook until bread is golden brown, flip, and do the same on the other side.
Serve warm with syrup and powdered sugar if desired.
