Ingredients
1-1/2 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. cocoa powder, sifted
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. dark chocolate chips
3/4 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1/2 c. canola oil
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Lightly spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla.
Sprinkle the dry mixture into the wet mixture slowly, stirring until combined.
Pour the mixture until the pan and use a spatula to smooth the top.
Bake for 40-48 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool completely before slicing.
