Kiwi Salsa

Equipment:

  • cutting board

  • knife

  • bowl

  • spoon

  • seran wrap

Ingredients

  • 4-5 kiwi fruit

  • 1 medium/large red onion slice

  • 1 hot red pepper

  • 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1/2 lime, juiced (more to taste)

Directions

  1. Peel the kiwi and trim the ends. Cut kiwi into 1/4" pieces and place in a bowl.

  2. Dice the onions into 1/4" pieces and add to bowl.

  3. Mince the red pepper and add to bowl. 

  4. Add cilantro and lime juice to bowl and toss well. 

  5. Cover and refrigerate. 

  6. Serve with salmon (see the original recipe).
