Lemon Sorbet Palate Cleanser

Equipment:

  • large bowl/cup

  • wooden spoon

  • 8" square pan

Ingredients

  • 3 c. boiling water

  • 1 c. sugar

  • 3 tsp. lemon zest

  • 1/3 c. lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a large bowl or cup that you can use for pouring. Stir until sugar dissolves and let cool completely. 

  2. Add lemon zest and juice, stir to combine.

  3. Pour mixture into 8" square pan and freeze until firm. 

  4. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
