Mango Sorbet

Equipment:

  • measuring cup

  • measuring spoon

  • food processor

  • spatula

  • ice cream maker

Ingredients

  • 4 mangos, peeled, seeded, and cubed

  • 1 c. simple syrup, to taste

  • 3 tbsp. lime juice

Directions

  1. Placed cubed mangos in a food processor and blend until smooth. 

  2. Pour the simple syrup and lime into the food processor and blend. Adjust to taste and blend again until smooth. 

  3. Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according the manufacturer's instructions - about 20 minutes.
