Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 c. pitted olives, mix of green and kalamata olives

  • 4 sundried tomatoes, in oil

  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. capers

  • 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/3 c. basil or parsley

Directions

  1. Put the olives, tomatoes, olive oil, capers, lemon juice, and clove in the food processor and pulse until chunky.

  2. Add the herbs and pulse again.

  3. Serve with crackers or bread.
