Ingredients
2 ribeye steaks, 1" thick
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. steak seasoning, or salt & pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Directions
Remove steaks from the fridge and allow to sit for 45 minutes before cooking.
Just before cooking, rub steaks with olive oil and season.
Preheat grill to medium heat, approximately 375°F.
Grill 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare or 6-7 minutes per side for medium.
Remove from grill and place in a large piece of aluminum foil. Top with a pat of butter and tent the foil loosely. Rest steaks 5-10 minutes before serving.
