Ingredients
1 lb. rosehips
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Sugar, to taste
Water, as required

Directions
Place rosehips, lemon juice, and water in a medium pan. You will need enough water to just cover the rosehips.
Bring the pan to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to create a soft boil.
Boil for 40-60 minutes or until rosehips are soft.
Strain the rosehips in a fine mesh strainer and discard the water.
While the rosehips are in the strainer, place a bowl underneath. Using a spoon, push the rosehips through the strainer. This will eliminate the skins and the seeds of the rosehips.
Once you're finished straining the rosehips, discard what is left in the strainer.
Mix sugar with the rosehips to taste and store in a clean mason jar.
